As you may have already seen, the Public ICO and TGE dates have been set. The Public ICO will start on August 14th 2023, and the TGE will begin on September 14th 2023. Â
We are now thrilled to announce our ICO structure and pricing.
As you already know from our previous announcements, round 2 will be in multiple stages. We will have the following stages, prices and allocations:
STAGE 1: CURRENT TOKEN HOLDERS
Current Token Holders will have the opportunity to get the lowest price of this round
Price: $0.085 or 8.5 cents (USD)
Allocation: 4 million Tokens
Vesting period: 1 month after TGE
To be eligible: Must have had to participate in round 1 and MUST complete a community Whitelist application form HERE. You will also need to register on our ICO platform and complete KYC. Country restrictions can be found HERE.
STAGE 2: COMMUNITY MEMBERS
Price: $0.11 or 11 cents (USD)
Allocation: 3 million Tokens
Vesting period: 1 month after TGE
To be eligible: MUST complete a community Whitelist application form HERE & take social actions. You will also need to register on our ICO platform and complete KYC. Country restrictions can be found HERE.
STAGE 3: PUBLIC ICO WITH MULTIPLE ROUNDS
The Public ICO will have dynamic pricing and allocation structure. It will start with:
Price: $0.125 or 12.5 cents (USD)
Allocation: Small allocations starting at 1 million Tokens
To be eligible: You will need to register on our ICO platform and complete KYC. Country restrictions can be found HERE.
Once the allocation has been sold out, the price will increase by 2% and we will move to the next allocation of Tokens. We will continue to go through each round until we sell out those rounds or can’t complete any more rounds. Ultimately the ICO will end at the latest on the 10th of September.
Any remaining allocations will go to rewards for Timpi’s network contributors or OTC (over the counter) allocations for advertisers.
