We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Strategist & Product Manager to lead the delivery and growth of our cutting-edge search engine into the market. This hybrid role combines deep marketing expertise with product management to ensure our platform is innovative, user-focused, and positioned for success in a competitive market. The ideal candidate will have experience in the search engine market or delivering online technology services and will drive both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
Job Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to position the search engine as a leading player in the market.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Define key messaging, branding, and communication strategies to align with the company’s mission of data freedom and unbiased search results.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Track and report on marketing KPIs, optimizing efforts to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
Product Management:
- Own the product roadmap, defining and prioritizing features based on market research, user feedback, and business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and data scientists, to deliver product features on time and within scope.
- Ensure the product aligns with the company’s manifesto of transparency and unbiased search results.
- Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Monitor and analyze user feedback and product performance, iterating to improve usability and satisfaction.
Collaboration:
- Act as the bridge between marketing, engineering, and leadership to ensure alignment of goals and strategies.
- Work closely with the community and stakeholders to understand their needs and integrate them into product and marketing plans.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members as needed.
