It works by combining powerful AI models with up-to-date search data from Timpi’s independent index, offering a fresh, less-biased perspective on the world’s information.
How does Wilson AI work?
At the core of Wilson AI are large language models the same kind of technology used by many modern AI tools. These models are trained to understand natural language and respond in a human-like way.
But unlike some AI systems that rely only on their internal training (which can quickly go out of date), Wilson AI combines that knowledge with real-time data from Timpi’s decentralised search index.
This technique is called retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). It means Wilson AI doesn’t just “guess” answers based on past data it looks up relevant, current information and uses that to help build a better response.
Where does the information come from?
Wilson AI pulls from Timpi’s unique search index. This index is built differently to traditional search engines, it’s decentralised and designed to grow in diversity over time.
That means Wilson AI can access a broader range of viewpoints, giving you answers that are more independent and less filtered than those you might find on mainstream platforms.
